Peru Trip Updates

A tremendous day in Tarapoto!

This morning Team Peru was blessed to begin the day at the only orphanage in the San Martin region of Peru, located about 20 minutes from Tarapoto. The students were excited about portraying one of AweStar’s popular teachings that we are each our Father’s favorite child to the children at the orphanage and loving on them as Christ would. After presenting the drama and the gospel, several of the children prayed to accept Christ! Also, one of our TD’s was able to pray over the women who take care of the children and encouraged them in their work for the Lord.

After a break in the day and enjoying some time together as a team, we traveled to a plaza here in Tarapoto, and were initially disappointed because there was an outside dance class happening with really loud music, preventing us from doing the drama, but our disappointments are God’s divine appointments! After engaging the culture and joining in on the dance class, the dance instructor allowed our team to use his sound system which was much louder than ours and the team got to present the drama in the middle of a closed down street! In the waiting He is faithful! We saw many come to Christ afterwards!

Ministry here in Tarapoto has been really good! God has been faithful to continue to bring people to himself and has continued to use our team. As our days of ministry wind down here in Peru, please be praying that the team will continue giving 100% to each day and that the excitement about how God moves will persist. We are thankful for your prayers and support so far!

Team Peru TD’s,
Natalie & Razi

Hi from Britain to all team Peru! - continuing to pray for divine encounters, and that you see more people coming to the Lord as you share.
