Awe Star Missions is invested in the longterm work and discipleship of the next generation of students around the world. In partnership, New Life International Preparatory School is making a big difference by changing the lives of some of our smallest neighbors in The Gambia, West Africa.
Since starting in 2020 the school has grown to 150+ students (from infants to ~14 years old) and is already at capacity. Which is why we’ve already broken ground on a new building adjacent to our current one So that we can continue to: 1. Fight Poverty By setting students up for success and providing job opportunities for qualified teachers seeking positive employment 2. Provide Quality Education By keeping costs low and classroom sizes smaller, increasing retention and success rates as compared to public school 3. Reach the unreached Proudly Christian and unapologetically evangelical, we provide a safe learning environment for Muslim and Christian students alike while ensuring that every student (and family) has the chance to hear the good news of Jesus Christ. The NEED... In total, the building will require about $10,000 to complete. Once ready, the building will be 2 story and serve as additional classrooms, administration offices, multipurpose space and housing for the pastor’s family. (Releasing funds currently spend on rent back into ministry & provide extra security for the school by living on-site.) The goal is obtainable.
