Calling all leaders & aspiring leaders. This trip will combine the feeling of a women's leadership retreat with ministry on the strip! Open to ages 18-100... There is no expiration date on your calling.

Trip cost and dates are subject to change due to circumstances beyond the control of Awe Star Missions.
*Airfare: Because of changing flights & costs, Awe Star is asking you to book your own travel to Las Vegas and the staff will meet you at the Las Vegas airport ( Harry Reid International) to pick you up. Please arrive on Thursday, ( 5/29/25) between 3-5pm. * If you arrive earlier later you must provide transport from the airport to hotel. Depart on Monday (6/2/25) After 8am and before 2pm. * If you depart earlier or later you must provide transport from the hotel to airport. Money raised for airfare and baggage can be reimbursed if personally purchased and a receipt is submitted after the trip is complete. If you need assistance booking travel please let us know. Please be advised baggage is an additional cost on most flights.
** This trip is designed for those women in active leadership in ministry. This trip will include dedicated time on ministering to & equipping leaders in ministry. Come and be refreshed and fall in love with ministry again!
Awe Star Trip cost includes:
Discipleship/ Evangelism Training & Materials, T-shirt, Ministry Supplies/ Costs, Transportation in Vegas, Meals (3/day), lodging (Best Western on Strip or similar *4 ppl to a room), Cost is based on *4 ppl to a room, If you prefer more privacy and comfort, you can book a single or double room in the hotel but this will be at an additional cost and limited to availability- Please let us know when signing up.
Not included:
Airfare, Baggage, Meals during travel to/from Las Vegas, Cover fees for Club Ministry, Snacks, Spa/Nails costs for ministry, tips for Prayer Eating, or additional costs for any tourism.
Team Member Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Must be a leader or aspiring leader in the local church or similar ministry
Must submit two credible references that can attest to your current spiritual growth and leadership development or potential.
Every Team Member must submit an application & pay the $95 non refundable application fee
Every Team Member must pass a post application interview to be eligible to participate in the Mission
